Issue regarding "You are NOT logged in to SoC-VPN"

This is mainly for National University of Singapore, School of Computing Students and Staffs.

You are NOT logged in to SoC-VPN

How to solve it:

Right click the SoC-VPN shortcut, 

Choose compatibility tab,

and check Run this program as an administrator
